How do you track your sugar?

Ive heard of a lot of controversy about counting sugar on MFP (because it includes natural sugars).

How do you count your sugar? Or do you?

I do not have a medical condition, so I ignore it.

I track carbs. Sugar is a carb. Seems silly to track something twice, so I don't track sugar individually.

And yeah, I'm always over on my sugar.

sugar is a subset of carbs. I just track carbs, don't bother with tracking sugar - there's no point for me.
