Ive heard of a lot of controversy about counting sugar on MFP (because it includes natural sugars).

I do not have a medical condition, so I ignore it.0 -
I track carbs. Sugar is a carb. Seems silly to track something twice, so I don't track sugar individually.
And yeah, I'm always over on my sugar.0 -
sugar is a subset of carbs. I just track carbs, don't bother with tracking sugar - there's no point for me.0
