I eat morning star sometimes.. It's my lazy "go to food" for lunch. I totally prefer REAL meat though! Have you seen the sodium in those fake meats?! Enough to make me swell up like a water balloon!

I always take Fridays off. I take time to hang with my family and just relax. Depending on how the week goes I might take off an extra day or two. I ALWAYS have at least four days in a week though. And I try not to take breaks days back to back.

I guess I would say I'm looking to lose 15 pounds. However, it's more about how I feel. If I get down to 130 and I'm still not happy with how I look then I might try for 5 more or work more on toning my muscles. My goal isn't a number. It's more to be happy when I look at myself in the mirror naked lol.

My calories are set at 1200. I work out almost every day and I eat a majority of the calories back. I have a gym membership and I get taped and weighed there. After that they plug the information into a little machine that I hold out in front of me then I get the percent that way.

I try and stick with raw veggies, egg whites, lean meats... But I'm human and will mess up and have chocolate (more often than I would like to admit.) I go over my calories almost every day... But I make sure I get a small workout in everyday so I can make up for the calories.

How much are you working out? Are you eating back the calories that you lost while working out? And what are you eating? I find that if I make my meals a little higher in protein and just pack lots of veggies I am fuller longer. I plan out some snacks through out the day too.

I just started a new job. When I went to the fridge to put my salad, yogurt, veggies in someone called out, "We have a rabbit in the house!" and another one said, "That's what food eats!" LOL. I just laugh it off. I also get a lot of compliments about my eating habits. :) Always motivating. :)

I'm 5 feet even! Currently weighing 147ish and looking to get down to 130 and seeing how I feel from there. If I'm still unhappy then I might drop another 5 or 10. For me, it's not about an ideal weight...it's about looking fabulous naked! hahahaha
