Oops! I had the diary only open for friend's. It's public now. I will say... It's not a model of healthy eating lol. But I think it's what the average person takes in. I'm looking to adjust too so any comments are welcomed.

Maybe I'm wrong...but coffee creamer is the last thing I worry about. I will cut calories anywhere else but coffee creamer! How much are you using? I use just enough to change the color of my coffee and get a little flavor. I have girlfriends that like it milkshake style! Or creamer with a splash of coffee... erk! Yuck!

Egg whites and avocado on a flatout Oatmeal Greek yogurt with granola If I'm feeling really bad...then it's bacon something!

Pee, brush my teeth (morning breath is yucky), get all my workout gear on, grab a cup of coffee and my water bottle than get out the door. I'm NOT a morning person, but I wakeup at 5am to get a workout in. I have to stick the basics...anything more complicated and the SheHulk comes out of me.

Today is Day 2 of Level 1 for me! Like you, I was thinking to myself "this isn't too bad" and actually felt I could do a little more after the dvd. I'm excited to see my own results. Did you do before an after pictures?

I'm up anywhere between 5 and 5:15 depending on what class/workout I'm doing! Anything before that and I cannot function!

YES! The calories that you burn playing Just Dance are real! I track them in my exercise log whenever I play. I got it for my daughters (...okay maybe for me too) and we all love it! I can definitely tell I get a small cardio workout whenever I play because I build up a good sweat. Extra free calories! Yayyy!!!

I didn't feel guilty when I ordered it and ate it. I felt bloated and yucky after I ate it. I think the worst feeling now is after putting the calories into my tracker. YIKES! Hahaha... Oh well. Live and learn. Just adds another reason why I need to think twice (and probably three and four times) before I order another…

I have dinner melt down...ALLLLLLL THEEEE TIMMEEE!! I think it's my hardest meal to control. I drink lots of water to try and clean out all the sodium. Are you adding exercise too? Maybe it configures the types of foods you are eating. Does your calculate fat, carbs and proteins too?

Don't be discouraged! You're body needs time to adjust. Make sure you up your calorie intake on days that you work out. I find that I drop a few ounce on days these days where as on days I don't eat extra I don't budge on the scale.

Everyone feels that way at some point. :) It's human! You already took the first step and decided that you wanted to get back in to it. Now it's just taking the next steps. Tracking food, exercise and finding people to motivate you! :) Look at some of the success stories. They motivate me!

I eat celery or cucumbers with hummus. I tried just eating the veggies alone and it doesn't satisfy me. The hummus makes all the difference! If I can't have that then I grab an apple. It takes time... 3 year olds are crazyyy!!!! If she naps, you nap. The laundry, dishes... all that can be taken care of later. If her dreams are constant and she's not sleeping well then maybe you should take her to the doctor. It's important that BOTH of you get rest. :)

Switch up the exercise routine! Try a new dvd, work out class, something new. That's how I broke my plateau in 2009.
