  • Im also on L1D5 and found the same thing today despite not taking a day off. The only thing i put it down to is that my body no longer aches/hurts so i worked harder and pushed myself more. I found myself copying Natalie for a change. Could this apply to you to?

  • Im not currently TTC but i have done before for about 15months with no success, however i was 240lbs. Im now 210 and have about 10 months before we plan on starting to TTC to try and lose as much as i can to aid fertility and a healthy pregnancy.
  • No eating enough? by the sounds of it your body is in starvation mode so holding on to any food you are eating!
