  • I use a gatorade bottle i drink probably 3 or 4 a day. I also drink some of the crystal light pouches that have no calories and no sugar in them. Or the 4c drink pouches help, i mix and match what i drink to keep it different.
  • so get up and move. Whether it is climbing stairs, jog in place while you are watching tv. If you have a jump rope, while watching tv. I played tennis today with the kids and it was so much fun. It gets you going. Keep your chin up. Everyone has lazy days. Do not be down on yourself. :wink:
  • How about more fruits and raw veggies for snacks. Just a suggestion, hope it helps. Keep your chin up.
