I use an app called Zombies! run. Nothing gets me moving like the undead coming to eat me. I know I am a bit odd but it worked to get me into running like nothing else ever did.

I have the same issue regularly, just take it one day at a time. Today I am going to eat healthy, or "this meal is going to healthy" or "shut up body, no you can't have that".

I tried crystal light and tea, but sometimes that just didn't cut it. Someone got me a soda streamer and i basically carbonate the crystal light. Don't know why but when I get a craving that helps, I can pretend that it is soda, because it is, kind of ;).

Short of breath and, in the case of today's cardio session, my legs gave out and I could not stand for a few minutes. Hurt like hell. I just want to make sure I am making the most of my time.

Just started T25 today and I hate it. I hate in that "I may not be able to stand...and had to modify....alot......but I'll be back for you tomorrow you &*^%$#$" kind of way.
