do you have a food scale? can you measure 1 tablespoon of the powder and put it on the food scale to see how many grams it is. That may be easier to figure out since you know how many grams are in the package and how many calories are in the package.

I think you should weigh in this week so over the next couple of months you can see if your body retains the water or not. It will help give you a more accurate picture of what your body does.
