How many calories are in a tablespoon of Jello pudding mix?

Hey everyone!

I bought some Jello pudding mixes to add to my shakes. I've been trying to figure out how many calories will it be in a tablespoon of the pudding mix. I am having a hard time figuring this out. I tried looking into the database but I have been getting so many different results.

What math formula would I have to use to figure this out? I have 7 different flavor pudding mixes but here is one of them in case anybody wants to figure out the calories. It's the Jello Butterscotch pudding mix (the regular version). The nutrition facts say its 90 calories for 1/4 (28g) serving size, servings per container is 4. The net weight of package is 3.4oz (96g).

    do you have a food scale? can you measure 1 tablespoon of the powder and put it on the food scale to see how many grams it is. That may be easier to figure out since you know how many grams are in the package and how many calories are in the package.
