I have went from 161 to 151 and can STILL wear the same size. UGH! I was really hoping that my clothes would be MUCH bigger and would be falling off more. LOL. They are much much looser, but I haven't really HAD to go buy smaller ones yet. Darn! I'm hoping when I go from 151 to 141 I see more dramatic differences. :-(

Absolutely works! Lost inches and about 6 pounds in first month. Went from 161 to about 155. You will be amazed at how much easier it is to get through in just 4-5 days!!

I weighed about 160 as a size 11.

I'm just under 5'6" and I would be THRILLED with 135. Currently at 156. Smaller/medium frame. In the 130's before I had my 3 babies.

Thank you so much! Sorry if I was confusing, I do understand what the BMI and BMR stand for, I've just been so confused as to how to use those numbers in equating for my weight loss. So basically I need to eat at least 1507 calories when I don't exercise since that's my BMR? Even though MFP tells me to eat 1300 calories…

Definitely try an HRM if you can. I bought one last week and used it all week. It was so great to have during strength training to watch my calorie burn. I really felt clueless before that.

ME!! 20 lbs to go would be great! I'ven been on since January and lost 7. I'd like to lose 20 more in addition to that!

Activia yogurt helps me a lot. Even when I drink TONS and TONS and TONS of water it doesn't help unless I eat Activia and L OTS of fiber through fresh fruit and veggies.
