CW: 150 1 lb. loss since last week Favorite lunch is a turkey sandwich with a piece of fresh fruit and string cheese (kind of boring, I know, but it's quick and easy and I don't have much time) My workouts will be 30DS and getting ready for my 5k June 4th.

Current weight: 151 Pounds lost since last week: 0 :-( Question of the week: I haven't been tracking inches but need to start. Judging mostly by trying on my "skinny jeans" and they are getting closer and closer! My goal is to chug water since it's TOM and do my 5k training, Pushup challenge, and 30DS consistently!

Hey girls- thanks for that info.I didn't realize at all that 4 days/week was recommended. I guess I will need to back off a day or 2. I haven't started the push up challenge yet. Still looking around. Do you recommend one? I'd really like to tone up these arms!

Mine is an FT4. I do make sure to wet the sensors well before each workout. Maybe I will play around with how I am wearing the strap and see if that affects anything. I haven't noticed any corrosion and I think I am taking proper care of it. I just hand wash it rather than in the washing machine. If I do try new batteries,…

I would absolutely spend money on an HRM again. I didn't want to for the longest time,but would be lost without it now. I actually feel like it motivates me to workout because I can challenge myself to burn more than the last time and I know the readings are much more accurate. I bought mine for $65 on ebay. Brand new.…

I love the skinny cow treats. I try to save some calories and treat myself to an ice cream sandwich once or twice a week. Also, I love to use lite cool whip and mix it with fresh strawberries or blueberries when I'm craving sweets. It really seems to help nix it!

Okay, is it possible to get too much flaxseed in a day? Obviously I wouldn't go overboard, but would it be a problem if it was over a litlte?

Thank you so much for the ideas!! I did buy whole flaxseed. How do you grind it? Do I need to buy something special for that? Can I throw it into anything that I'm baking or does it have to be certain flaxseed for baking?
