So today was my first day of shred level 3! It was suppose to be yesterday but was my kids bday and i did not have time to work out. I need to say that so far I prefer level 3 than level 2. I have been shredding since january 9th. My original plan was to do it in 30 days. But I got a cold and I will not be done by the 9th. I am streching it untill valentines day. I still have 2 days left to finish level 2 and then I have 10 days to finish level 3! I love it!!

To be very honest with you I never though about setting an X amount of calories burned per workout. I think as long as I am working out it is already better than not working out at all. Well agree with everybody, expect I don't think you are eating to low. I think you should go low on soudium, keep the olives and good fats, spread teh food thrughout the day and ALLWAYS eat breakfast it is very important.
