Thank you guys for the ideas! I think I will try the only water diet thing..... and I may go down on the bread too. I think I need to stick to the same food too, that may help to stay within calorie intake!

Well I don't know, b/c since I am 9 years old I am overweight. In a perfect world I would say 130-135, but I like food too much... ; ) So I am shooting 140-145. But I would be the happiest person ever if I could fit in size 6 pants and medium shirts!!!

I am avoiding buffets as well, but life is not perfect! One more thing I would avoid is the rolls, crab racoon and the breaded/fried stuff. So basically is salad, soup, steamed rice, veggies and meat without or with very little sauces. Have fun and enjoy your food!

No changes here! Intimated life still the same! He supports me but is not motivated to try to change, although he could lose few lbs... ; )

It is very very hard for me to go below 2500 and I dont eat canned stuff or frozen boxed foods and very very little fast food. I do make sure I drinlk plenty of water!

So today instead of swimming I did some stuff at the gym. I did 10 minutes of Elliptical and created my own version of circuit trainning. I did a total of 35 minutes. During the circuit trainning I did few min of weight trainning and then 1 or 2 laps. My HRM says I burned 667 for 35 min! Hope you guys are doing ok!

I know! The variations are crazy! And sometimes within the same brand. I tried on some jeans from the same brand but one were bootcut and the other skinny, bith size 11. They fit, but the skinny is not comfortable is tight...lol!

Amem!! People dont realized that it takes less time to lose weight that took you all life to put it in with only doing the calories in versus calories out. I did not gain all my 50 extra lbs in one month, but instead I gainned in at least throughout 20 years. But in the past 6 weeks I alredy lost almost 12 lbs eating less…
