While I'm an apple shape, I only had about 50 lbs to lose, which I did in a year. Better taste. :\ I've tried both and I absolutely adore almond milk. I usually drink regular Natura almond milk, but sometimes I'll treat myself to some vanilla or chocolate flavored. They're all good! Soy milk is just bleht to me...

Just started my third week of StrongLifts 5x5. I successfully squatted my entire body weight at this morning's session. I can't wait to see what the results will be at the end of week 10!

My boyfriend made bacon wrapped chicken two weeks ago. I wanted to boil carrots as a side, but he threw them in the pan with the chicken to "save dishes"... The drippings made there way over to the carrots and needless to say, I now want bacon roasted carrots every day for the rest of my life!!! P:

I kicked off my weight loss journey with kickboxing classes three times a week, one hour per class. I steadily lost 2 pounds per week (with healthy portion control and food choices outside of the gym, too) for the 6 weeks or so that I took the classes. I'm 5'1" and started at 160 lbs. I highly recommend it!
