You would think under eating would cause you to stay the same weight, but it doesn't. If you don't eat enough calories or eat enough of your workout calories back you body will start to think it is in starvation mode and will hold on to any food you eat. This could be why you are gaining a little bit of weight back.

i don't think so. It could just be bloating. I think, if i'm not mistaken, that in order to gain 1 lb back you need to eat 3500 over your maintenance calories. Mine is 2000-something so in order for me to even gain 1 lb i would have to eat close to 6000 calories. Unless you ate A LOT I doubt you gained any weight back.

Are you eating your exercise calories back? I had a problem with this when I first started. I was eating 1200-something everyday plus burning around 300-350 calories when I worked out. No, you're not crazy. Mine does the same thing, but I didn't buy a level. I just keep it in the same spot every time i weigh myself so I will know how much I am losing. I'm not sure if my weight is accurate where I weigh myself, but I like to think it is lol :)

Well I'm not sure if this is accurate for you, but it might just be the pizza. I always gain a pound or two after eating pizza due to water retention. Hopefully this is only what it is for you because everything else looks and sounds accurate to me.
