Yes, However loosing large amounts of weight in a short amount isn't that good for you, so i dont encourage it. I wasnt trying to loose weight that fast, I just changed so much all at once it happened. I started at a pretty high weight too, I did a complete 180 on my lifestyle and it came off while i went. i still have…

Hard work and consistency. I don't eat refined sugar I eat limited amounts of fruit/fructose I don't eat much carbs I eat a primal diet (how cavemen would have eaten) I don't eat anything processed and I work out 6 days a week. Oh I also don't have 'cheat days' I just always eat healthy

The first picture was take two summers ago. Which sadly wasn't my highest weight. I gained 30-40 more pounds than that but didn't have any pictures of it. (Which I gained it a year from that one) I've lost 60 pounds since January 2013.

How is everyone doing on their personal weekly challenge? I have run 2.4 miles in two days (I haven't run in a year) , and still haven't had that chocolate! Which is constantly calling my name, LOL!

Keep everyone posted in this forum with the weekly goals. I haven't had chocolate and I ran a mile today in 11.26 minutes. That's great for me since I haven't ran since a year ago actually! Keep up the work!!
