I did not workout yesterday. Today, I did 30 minutes of running, losing 373 calories.. :) 1/7.

No, to be fair with everyone else I don't want it to count. So if I do cardio today, it will add to 5/7. I think it would be better if the total could be on 365 and not 52. So that each day we exercise count.. no ?

Walking in the city and in the stores.. like yesterday, my ipod said I did like 3500-4000 steps. I don't feel like I've exercised because I wasn't exhausted.

3/7 yesterday, I did 10 minutes of intense running on the treadmill. 4/7 today I did 40 minutes non-stop of high-intensity running on the treadmill.

2/7 Did more than 1-2 hours running on the treadmill and taking pauses in between. I did some cardio workout from The Biggest Loser lol. Adding all the calories from the runs on the treadmills, I "burned" 1032 calories. I am exhausted right now!!.. It's worth it because today I've eaten like a tons of chocolates.. :P

I'm in too!! :) That is one of my resolutions for 2010. So far today, I did 40 minutes of cardio at high intensity and now I'm playing some wii fit.. maybe I'll do more cardio before going to bed!

Wii fit plus is better than Wii fit because it is the same thing but with more activities/games/options. I love it, it's great to see the evolution of your weight. The games are fun. You exercise while having fun.

It's not the best way to lose weight and keep it off. The best thing is to exercise regularly, weight training, eat healthy things. Don't forget to indulge yourself. Good luck!

Today, after eating a loooot of Chocolate mousse with whipcream :P.. I worked 30 minutes on the bicycle with lots of resistance.. my heart was always at like 145-150 bpm. I did a little workout on the machines, working the biceps, triceps.. chest.. legs.. etc. I did at least an hour of swimming pool and jacuzzi.

I ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill at high intensity followed by 10 minutes of elliptical.. doing some wii fit now.

For 2010, I want to lose 22 pounds (and to maintin it afterwards). My target date is June 1st 2010. I want to work out every day of the week. I workout to pop music like Lady Gaga, Madonna.. Sometimes I put some rock. It really depends on the mood and on what I'm doing.
