this is my first day on this site. i am excited to try to reach my goal which is 150lbs. at 182 now and a stay at home mom. i started counting calories today and i am so hungry. i am determined to stay out of the refridgerator.

It's not the best way to lose weight and keep it off. The best thing is to exercise regularly, weight training, eat healthy things. Don't forget to indulge yourself. Good luck!0

clear out the crap from the fridge, and then even if you do go in it, it'll be better than before.0

I wouldn't just cut calories just like that over night. Your setting yourself up for failure, because you have already said that your hungry. Do it a little at a time and let your body get used to it.0
