This has cheered me up so much! I have been losing 1lb a week for the last two weeks, and this week I only lost .5 lbs. I had been feeling down about it, but no more! Also I am still losing inches...so that must mean I am changing my body :) x

Update I am going to just have the houmous starter as that is about 400-500 cals (massive overestimate). i can't use 800 calories on a sald. I'll probably enjoy the houmous more too.
