What about a public recreational centre where you can pay as you go? What about an adult or length swim?

Hi, Here is what works for me: 1. Have a good breakfast (eggs or egg whites) with vegetables in it. Most places will make you omlettes fresh. Fill up on fruit too. 2. If you have a big breakfast you might not be hungry for lunch. If you do stick with something light. Salads, wraps, etc. 3. Be active....most places have…

You should eat something small before you work out if it is the morning (I usually have a banana) and you should consume something after your workout within the first 20 minutes (I like a protein shake). I like shakes in the morning. Sometimes I put all the ingredients in the night before and just blend it in the morning…

I am a mother of two under 5. My tricks are I plan my meals on the weekend and shop for those things. That helps us stay organized. We rarely if ever eat out. I also utilize my crock pot or quick recipes on busier days when I have to drive them to activities.I cook a lot of recipes from www.skinnytaste.com. I also stack…

Hi, I say pay the money and get a trainer. They will also support you with nutritional information. It has to become a lifestyle change if you want the weight to come off and STAY OFF. The best thing for your general health would be to do it the right way. Eating healthy and exercising. You can do this!

Hi, Check out this site: http://exercise.about.com/od/weightloss/a/The-Truth-About-The-Fat-Burning-Zone.htm I believe it to be accurate. I have a heart rate monitor that I bought about 10 years ago and love it. It is more accurate than holding on the machines. It will be read by most machines too. Depending on your health,…
