I for one NEVER think my body will remember being skinny. I was under 100 pounds in my 30's. I KNOW I have to make this permanent!!! Now, that's just me.....

I'm 5'0".. Currently I'm aiming for 125.... Or 'normal' as opposed to overweight. Then I'll make decisions from there.

I do talk about it with my husband, I try not to overtake a out it, but he knows I log and eat differently. I shop differently, too. I don't talk a out it at work, but I do talk about it with one friend who I know is dieting too.

I'm with you, hope its the same for us tomorrow!

Last dy of level 2 tonight. Didn't feel as in to I...hope I don't kill myself on level 3!
-
I didn't finish until later, but I made it. ( sort of)

A little, but nothing like you. And not until this week! Congrats on your success!

D4L2. Tonight was tough! I had to modify more than normal.. I feel pretty stiff. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I was going to say this as well. I know people say the type of calorie doesn't matter, but I just anti le a thing eating lots of crabs.

I know this will go against popular advice, but if it will help you get started....go for it. I still use some Atkins shakes at work when I have no time/energy/willpower to make something better on my 30 minute lunch hour. But even slimfast would tell you it's not for every meal. So as you think about that other meal, try…

Have you tried striiv? It's free, and might put off the gadget need for at least a week or two. Some other mfp'ers and I race and compete against each day for steps. Having other people to compete against in real time helps keep me going. No arm band, so I usually just try to keep my phone in my pocket.

My goal is about what you weigh! On us shorties (I'm 5'0") every pound counts double. My ultimate goal for now is to be at a "normal" bmi. :) Currently 139.4

I've gone from a 10 to an 8, and I'm not done yet. ( l2). I am also walking and watching calories.

It really depends on a lot of factors. At larger sizes, I believe there is more of a range before the next lower one. For me, I'm 5'0". And started t 154. Now I am 139.4. I started at size 12, today wore a size 8 pants for the first time in years. I am also doing 30 ds, so inches/ pounds may not equate. Remember you are so…

My abs are sore, but not as,any muscles as on level 1 :)

Today was day 3 at level 2. Can't get all the way brought jumping planks today, or jump rope without modifying. (See the similarity?). Had a full day of exercise, but didn't let myself skip....for this I am proud!

I was totally that splash of coffee with my creamer... So much so, in fact, that I gave up coffee all together. I now drink ht tea, which feeds the habit...but without anything in it, many less calories.

When the stash has run out.... I usually turn to - jimmy johns # 4 turkey no bread ( on lettuce) with no mayo or cheese Or.. Grocery store for fruit and a protein drink. Or... MooYah turkey I e burger ( 200cals) with extra veggies on it. Then I make sure to replenish my stash!

L2d1. Done!

Hang in there! I have actually GAINED weight! But I see lots of posts where people say they didn't see real results until after day 20. So keep hanging in there!
-
There were several requests for photos, and success stories...then each and every story was viciously cut down, as we're even the best pictures. People just got mean. It's a shame there isn't more support on a support site! I get very tired of being told I am 'doing it wrong'. Usually by someone half my age with the…

I had a really hard time getting past that your before pictures ROCK also!

We have several people who started after march 1st. It's my first time through, just hit Level 2 today. Did you see great results?

1. Mary 2. About 13 pounds so far. 3. At least 15 more. 4. Don't drink your calories! Switch to zero calorie drinks, or better---water. Eat three colors of veggies at every meal. As much as possible, ditch the bread. I'm not saying be totally carb free, but all those bread slices and buns add up...and are not necessary.…

Finished day 10 level 1. It got easiER, but never easy. Maybe next round through I'll be able to do non modified push-ups

I eat between 1200and 1400. I do not eat. My exercise calories back. My TDEE is around 1630. So for me this equals less than a pound a week loss. I'm 5'0", 47, and fairly sedentary. YMMV.... :)

Sphere. I tank I am closest to being called a sphere.
