You could try shaking it up with your meals. For instance, instead of your usual dinner, try protein shakes for dinner for a while. This kind of mix up has worked for me in the past to kickstart things again. Or add in some jogging intervals along with your walks. Good luck, it will happen just keep going!!!

Here is one I like to make...good protein/fiber. Lentil soup: 4 cup water, 1 cup dry green lentils, 1 small red onion, 1 can (156mL) tomato paste, 2 cups chopped fresh spinach, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp old bay seasoning, salt/pepper to taste. Add spinach closer to the end. Simmer at least 20 min until lentils are soft. Eat as-is…
