great job... i get up each morning at 4:45 and start my workout on the elliptical for 30 min every monging before work... in the evening on tues and thurs and then on sunday morning i am doing strength training. I am doing the new rules of lifting for woman and loving it!!!

i just hit day 6 and so far so good... i actually did 75 today so far... for me i have found breaking them down to sets of 25 through out the day works good for me... my legs are not wanting to buckle so fast !!!! can not wait to see after 30 days...
