Music is a huge part of what keeps me going on the treadmill. I have my favorite collection....Some of them are motivating while some can be songs that show "attitude" and some just talk about getting back at somebody and some are just upbeat with no real meaning.... heres my collection....     I find most of the Prodigy's album Fat of the Land is amazing for working out - especially: Breathe, Mindfields, Narayana, Firestarter, Climbatize in the order they are on the album. The beats get faster and go really well with building up the workout :)
