  • C25K is a fantastic program.... i started it last july. I just ran my 5th 5K 2 weeks ago!!!! don't be afraid to repeat weeks, i know i had to... i had never run before and was very intimidated when i started and thought there was no way... but don't give up it is worth it! always looking for new friends who love to run!
  • i was the same way when i started last july... my lungs burned my legs cramped i thought i would never get it... i found i had to repeat weeks on the C25K but i just kept going and i don't know when it changed but it did! just keep going walk if you have to and just try to push yourself 30 sec more each run....

  • 38 here... will be 39 in feb ;-) my goal was to go into my 40's in better shape than i was in my 20's... well i still weigh more but i am in a size i haven't been in since the 8th grade (i was a 12-14 from 8th grade through high school) i am now a size 10 (on good days) but normally a 12 ... hoping to be a size 8!
