My goal is to lose 55-60 pounds! I'm doing Zumba 5-6 times a week while eating 1600-1800 calories.I'll be eating healthy, drinking lots of water, & of course, adding some toning exercises=) I'll also be starting to run a mile once I hit about 155; if I lose 30-40 pounds by July I'll be a happy girl!:D (Still aiming higher!)

I just got the Exhilarate Zumba DVD's & it is awesome!!! It really makes you sweat & you feel really sore the next morning! It's really worth it in my opinion; you burn a ton of calories within 45-60 minutes & you have a lot of fun!:D

I already don't eat much red meat or milk so that's a start(: I will definitely research on the topic; as for my cardio, how much time is a good time? Thank you for your very detailed answer, I appreciate it! :smile:
