35lbs.
I will eat 1800 calories per day.
I will walk for thirty minutes at four miles per hour, five times per week .0 -
I have about 5 lbs left to my goal.
I'm going to continue what I have been doing. Cardio/heavy lifting/eating lots0 -
I would LOVE to lose all 55-60 pounds by early July, but I'll be thrilled if I'm able to lose 25-30 pounds.
I have a REALLY hard time losing weight, so it'll be a big struggle. I just ordered my first FitBit Flex so I have a better idea of how many calories I burn during the day--hopefully it can help encourage me to move more. Combined with the healthy eating I already do, my fingers are crossed that something will finally happen!
How about you, @loshode? :happy:0 -

@BlueBombers--Congratulations!!! How long did it take you to reach that goal? My BF and I have discussed including some lifting into our workouts--I'm always curious to hear how quickly people notice results.0 -
My goal is lose another 15 pounds. I will continue what I am doing now. Following MFP, working out 5-6 days a week, drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day and praying to God for strength and guidance.0

About seven pounds. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it's super-rough! I have a goal of exercising six times a week.0

I need to lose 60 pounds, but I would definitely settle for 50 by July 1. I'm eating healthy without depriving myself, taking an occasional day off, and killing myself with kettlebells, dumbbells, and an exercise ball. Walking on non-resistance days when it's not holy crap cold like today (-6 when I got up) with the goal of running again when I've lost about 20 pounds and it's less stress on my knees. Ultimately, my goal is the local half marathon in the middle of August. So I want to have as much weight off as I can by the end of May when the training runs begin.0

My goal is wait let me count lol............... my goal is 82 lbs. I know that I can accomplish this why? Because I lost about 50 lbs before I got pregnant! I will eat clean and stray away from bad carbs EXCEPT on the weekends! I will run my bottoms off every other day and the days that Im not running I will do Zumba0

My goal is 5 lbs but would like to do it in the next 6 weeks. I will continue at 1200 calories exercising and eating at a deficit.0

I would like to lose 30-35 pounds, for now.
I'm eating 1400 and and burning 1000 cal. every gym visit which is 5 times a week.0 -
I'd like to lose at least 20-25lbs by July. But hey, if my pants can fit and still be hefty, then fine by me. Means I'm gaining muscle and losing fat mass! Would love to lose a few inches by then as well!0

Thanks. I started in March 2013 so it's been about 10 months.0 -
Since I'm maintaining, I don't have a weight loss goal. This year I'd really like to squat my body weight and bench triple digits. But I'm starting a new activity, so I may have to juggle a bit before I find a balance that lets me progress.0

As long as I'm within the 5 lb. maintenance bubble I've set for myself, I'm good. As far as fitness goals are concerned, I'm looking to complete the 100 push-ups program in the near future and run a 25k trail run in June.0

My goal is to lose between 40-50 lbs. This year I am going to reach my goal weight and would love to accomplish it by July. I plan on eating clean and doing cardio. I love me some cardio! I feel so good after I do it. Bikini body here I come. hehe!0

Hopefully 50 pounds.0

Taking a few percent off my body fat would be nice though.

My goal is to lose 55-60 pounds! I'm doing Zumba 5-6 times a week while eating 1600-1800 calories.I'll be eating healthy, drinking lots of water, & of course, adding some toning exercises=) I'll also be starting to run a mile once I hit about 155; if I lose 30-40 pounds by July I'll be a happy girl!:D (Still aiming higher!)0

> 100 lbs. Realistically, between 50-70 lbs.
How will you go about doing it?
> Doing what I'm doing now. Will keep exercising, log everything I eat, keep a positive attitude, and most importantly keep motivated. As heavy as I am now, I can't deviate from this plan. Gotta do it.0 -
My goal is to hopefully have lost my last ten pounds by then, or at least be very close. I just plan on keeping everything basically the same, continue with my workouts assigned by my trainer, and eat at a slight deficit while hitting macros. Only major difference is that I'll be trying to get in a bit more cardio as one of my goals now is to be able to run 5k without having to walk at all.0

I would like to lose twenty pounds by summertime. I purchased some home exercise equipment (because I am rural & do not have gym access easily). I set it up in front of a window where the sun rises, & a nice flatscreen TV & a desk nearby that will hold an iPad. The idea is that the time in the evenings when I watch TV &/or scroll fb, that I move in some form or fashion in addition to regular timed exercise that I do first thing every weekday. Obviously, I'm looking for support & ideas through myfitnesspal & keeping track for accountability purposes. I'm jumpstarting my plan at the present time & will join a team for an organized "Scale Back" program through my work at the end of this month this is designed to lost a minimum of ten pounds before Easter. Having a plan is always the first step!0

I think you accidentally posted this in the wrong section-this is the maintenance area0

I would like to lose a MINIMUM of 23 lb this year and it would be nice if I lost it by July, but I'm not bothered to meet a specific deadline.
The only "deadline" I'm excited to meet is March 25 (one year on MFP and logging)...my goal for awhile now has been to hit onederland by then and I'm definitely on track to, as I just have 3 lb to lose before I get there :-)0 -
I want to lose 50 lbs by my graduation in May. I can't wait to go swimming with my daughter and not be self conscious of myself! This is my life and I am going to live. I know we can both reach our goals! I'll be right here every day with you. It is possible.0

Lose 45 2 50 pounds. Stay eating right drinking plenty of water workout harder0

I was at my maintaining weight before the Holidays and now my goal is to get back there. I really would have liked to have started off the New Year at my maintaining weight, but I didn't let it happen...next year! ....I will continue to do what I've been doing and track everything in MFP, exercise at least 30 min-60min 6 days a week., drink enough water and get enough rest. I've only got about 7-10pds to lose, I'll have it off long before July.0

40lbs is my goal...
I began running lightly and dancing my way through it with the Wii. :flowerforyou:0
