Start slow - and get good shoes or else you'll get shin splints - as if the soreness wasn't enough! And in your case, you may need a good sports bra - I don't have that problem (unfortunately). :) Good luck!! :)

I've actually increased my exercise and ended up gaining 2 pounds. Don't get discouraged! Even though your results may be slow to show, if you keep working at it, you'll eventually get over that initial slump and then the weight will just start melting off! Believe me!!
