  • Those look delicious--- I LOVE LOVE LOVE donuts - and for that reason we never have any in the house because we'll all go crazy over them!!
  • I use gum too -- it definitely helps, it doesn't make me not hungry, but usually my grazing doesn't stem from actual hunger, it's more boredom or stress eating. So the gum gives my mouth something to do, plus even if I see something to snack on, if I have gum in my mouth it will make me think twice about snacking!
  • Definitely not fair!! :-) Maybe you could just plan ahead when you are going to try a salad like that so you have more calories left over for dinner, or you could have a smaller portion? Then you could still have the yummy salad, just not as much? Just some ideas!!
  • I'm a bit confused -- are you saying that the weight it is telling you would weigh more than you want to weigh (i.e. you want to lose more than that?) All it's telling you is that if you ate ### of calories every day, in five weeks you would weigh that amount. If you watch that number, it should go down every week or so.
  • My rule of thumb for the "lean cuisines" etc is that they are an every once in a while thing, if I don't have time to put something else together. Plus they just aren't filling at all to me - you'll find that if you take just a little bit of time (doesn't take much) to make a meal instead, you can eat a much bigger volume…
