I've lost 13lbs since 12/27/12 with the following routine: Monday-Saturday - 45 minutes on elliptical & 15 minutes of light weight training (different areas each day) in the morning! I also get extremely hungry when I rely on soups and fruits as part of my diet. I've found that eating more hearty protiens help make me feel full for longer and keep me in my caloric goal range. Good luck :)

I've noticed this too! I used to have to wear double wide flats, but now I can easily and comfortably wear 3-4 inch heals in a normal width!

I'm a 33 year old only child and I have no regrets! I had and still have close friends and intimate relationships, a super close realationship with my mom, a college degree, a great job, etc. The only thing I missed out on as a kid was having a sibling to blame missing cookies on ;)
