I just had an MRI after xrays found I'd fractured a lumbar disc. I move as little as possible cause it all hurts & I don't want to make the disc worse. My calorie intake is low, cause after fixing myself a "meal" I hurt too much to feel hunger. After 10 pound loss my goal set by "my fitness pal" reduced my loss goal to 3/4…

I eat at night too, it helps me sleep. If I get up & want to eat, a spicey v-8 juice is marvelous. I've always heard that old saw about not eating at night. I'm on this eating plan to lose weight, not to torture myself.!

Have been "dieting" for over a year. Lost 25 lbs. Resolution is to lose another 10 - make it down to the 180's. got the flu 2 days before Christmas, and lost 4 lbs, teasing me with 191 lbs today.
