What would be interesting is to find out what kind of dog(s) the people actually own as well to see if the guess was correct.

Dogo Argentino, huh? I just looked them up and they are very nice looking. Seems like they would be a good guard dog.

she is an awesome guard dog...she is also great with my kids...

quite an intimidating dog...being all white and about 100lbs...

people either run in the other direction or come closer to try and get a closer look and ask what she is...

rarely do people guess correctly....its assumed she is a pitt mix, great dane mix...

That is what they looked like to me, a bigger type pit. I have always liked the bodies on the pits, you know, stocky and muscular. So a bigger one is even better.

Lol, schnauzers are cute. I have a Labrador Retriever though. My favorite dogs are either a Siberian Husky or a German Shepherd.

Francy. A small Sheba. She's 16 years old, still does her guard dog duties, accompanies me everywhere and runs to protect my cat whenever she hears a fight. Her hearing is getting poor, and laying near me, is becomming a hazzard - doesn't hear me coming, so I trip over her. I'm old to, so I walk/shuffle like that old man on Carol Burnetts show.

What a great dog. I'm envisioning you with a 2nd dog, a herding dog, to gently direct traffic, an Australian shepherd maybe.
