  • I've had two c/s- 2007 and 2011. My belly was sooo bad. I have noticed the thing that is helping me the most are planks. I still have a pouch under the belly button, but it is not nearly as bad. Planks have been a life saver to me!
  • I think you are eating too little, if you are accurate in your estimate. Find out your TDEE and BMR (check out this post: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12)
  • if you are working out 1-3x a week, that is not sedentary, it is lightly active. That could be your "problem". BTW, I dont see the concern here, I wish I had this unexpected weight loss ;)
  • eat 1200 cal/day only and do your work outs...see how hard it will be to lose weight. this is what I did. I was eating 1250 cal/day and burning about 500 cal 3x/week and the weight stayed right where it was. I started eating 1700 cal/day and not changing my work outs, and started to lose about 1lb a week. Your the numbers…
  • Entering your weight is important. I am 5' 7" and 180lbs. If I run for 30 minutes (which, sadly I cannot do) I will burn A LOT more than if I was 150lbs, because there is more there to burn. However, I never use the reading on the equipment. It may ask if you are M or F and age, but does not ask height. I have the Polar F4…
  • I'm doing it, but a local yoga center is offering a class 2x a week...so, I am doing it, but not daily. I also have a certified instructor to ensure we are all following proper form. It is hard! I did the first 8 weeks on the "beginner" level. I dont know if that is offered in the videos, but I couldn't do any of Shaun T's…
  • I guess you could track it, but isn't most of that stuff like 5 calories. I think if you have 20 calories a day in vitamins, it is not going to hurt anything if you dont track it.
  • I didnt know this! Thanks!
  • I have a fitbit, which tracks my steps and miles/day. If I get 2 miles in a day, should I should I count that for this challenge, or should it be miles that are an additional effort?
  • TDEE is what you need to eat to maintain your current weight. BMR is what you need to not die (organ function, etc). If you eat under BMR, you may not notice a weight loss b/c your body is storing everything (because it needs it to not die). Taking 20% off of the TDEE number will allow you to lose weight in a healthy way.…
  • I'll go in on this too! I'm going to try for 60, since is should be about 2 miles a day. Good Luck everyone!
  • I have both of these as well- Love them both!
  • I have the Polar F4 (FT4?) as well. I love it because it has everything I want, but also has a user-replaceable battery. My battery died after about 2 years, and it is only under warranty for one year. I was able to spend $4 (the cost of the battery from CVS) and just replace it myself.
  • I weigh in daily. I have the fitbit aria scale, and it records my weight. I put everything on a calendar, and look at the numbers based on last week (if I gain a lb a day, I dont care- I know weight fluctuates). Edit- forgot to answer the question. I weigh in as soon as I wake up; go to the bathroom and strip down, before…
  • I have had 2 c/s, and my belly is still pretty big and gross :( I cant answer your question, but look forward to the answers!
