You might add that over-use of antibiotics can also kill the 'good' bacteria in your body and cause a lot of harm. Should only use as absolutely necessary and as low 'strength' as possible.

I tried to learn on a small bike but had better experience going w/ larger bike that ran lower rpm. Might have just been the bike, but I had issues w/ the clutch and take-off with the smaller cc motor. I ended up w/ BMW 650 which suited me pretty well size-wise. Wish I still had it!

Go to gym before work (done) make good choices throughout the day, drink water, take supplements, don't snack on junk after dinner.

From Nitro (grew up in) Cross Lanes (moved 5 mins away) here. Trying to reach my goal by age 50 but not gonna make it. However my 'fit by fifty' motto will technically work if I meet my goal WHILE I am 50 lol.

I think Weight Watchers does or used to. You could eat your exercise calories spread across one week. But only that week I think. I think it is fine.

Starting this method today to see what happenes... 5'5'', current weight 166, goal weight 140, BMR calories 1261 and total calories 1870. Usuing the spreadsheet to track.

I'm with you. I think I'm not grasping the concept. If I change the weight in the calculator to my current weight there is only ~200 calorie difference in the total calories. At that rate a 1 lb loss would take 17.5 days? What is the danger of underestimating your activity level? (which I have probably done). I definitely…

Getting into healthy habits that will hopefully stick with me for life -every day without fail: eat breakfast, drink at least 8 glasses of water, take vitamins including calcium and vitamin D. My Dr. will be proud next time lol.

OK day 1 done. Now 20 more to get my habit : ) I'm not exactly energetic afterwards but I did give blood yesterday so probably a little run down. Need to figure out about eating tho.

Hopefully the website will be back up before you go so you can plan better. Italian is difficult w/ all the pasta and usually very large portions + yummy bread. You could always get what you like in the way of an entree and box 1/2 of it up for later. Meatless or seafood are usually better choices than not but watch out…

I rarely make our bed b/c my husband sleeps later than me. So ok, HE doesn't make the bed. But my mom always made a big deal about me making my bed and I never could manage when I was growing up and still don't!
