I started using it last week. LOVE IT! I have been on a plateau for weeks and last week I finally broke through it. I spread it on rice cakes.

Roast it with some olive oil. Lightly salt it. You could also marinade it in some italian dressing before hand... little garlic, some onion.... YUM Or put it on the grill.

Coffee in a ceramic cup. Lunch packed in reusable containers. Eaten off of ceramic dishes. Water in a tin jug. No bag if I go grocery shopping. Reuse ziplocks until they have holes, etc... 20 minute eliptical before breakfast. 30 minute walk at lunch. Weight lifting tonight after work with husband.

Let me tell you... a few years back I trained for a 1/2 marathon thinking that it would help me lose wieght and be skinny. I was running 30 miles a week. It did not happen, because I did not watch my intake.
