Okay, i do agree with the earlier posts about "every"... but I wasn't going to mention that.... ONce upon a couple of decades ago, a friend of mine did belly dancing, I asked her about the her robust waistline and she said that belly dancers do tend to have more of a middle to shake.

I'm 43 with 2 kids (6 and 4). I have a sedentary desk job and if I'm not on top of my game 99% of the time, the weight goes on or doesn't want to come off! Currently I"m on the "gain" cycle. I'd love some friends too!

Personally, I do this. Especially if you don't live in the best neighborhood. There was a woman out for her morning jog that was killed by an agressive dog in my neighborhood.

I keep frozen veggies: My husband wants spaghetti- I use frozen veggies for the noodles. I keep a bag of salad at all times: My husband wants tacos- I have a taco salad. He gets what he wants, I get a lower calorie meal.
