Then he told me again this morning that he definitely noticed that my hips are becoming slimmer.…

I SURVIVED!!!! lol. My arms felt like mush afterward. I also managed to do 12 minutes on the spin bike afterward. :) I can't believe how much I love Jillian's workouts. They are tough, but effective. Tomorrow I am doing workout 6 first thing in the morning. I'll check in tomorrow :)

How do you find out your TDEE? I am new tot he site and am trying to figure out how many calories I should be following. Any info would help:) The first two weeks I was at 1420 and lost 5 pounds but now I am gaining and the weight loss has stalled. I am 45 years old and have underactive thyroid if this matters....

Hi All: I used to work out in the morning on an empty stomach when I was on a role. However, I lost my motivation when I began experiencing a hormone imbalance and haven't worked out at all since. So with that said, yesterday I recommitted to finding my motivation and working out consistently like I used to and I will be…

Hi Everyone: Thank you Dawn for starting the thread. I think accountability is good for motivation. I am a 45-year-old mother of 3 (22, 10 & 6). I am married to a wonderful man who is very supportive. I have never really had a weight problem until the past five years. I have a lot of hormonal issues and I suspect that diet…
