IMO, I only consider out of control eating, without thinking, a binge. No matter how many calories, if you keep eating until you feel sick, I consider that a binge, but if you "cheat" and go off logging I don't really consider that a "binge". Good luck! :)

I would try to not binge until July 8th and on your bday just have that 1 day!!! Your binge monster numbers are going to be so high at the beginning of the month!!!! Come on let's do this!

No real binge guidelines just be true to yourself on whatever YOU think is a true binge. For me, it's when my mind stops thinking and I just eat everything in site no matter what the calories are and cannot seem to stop even if I'm full so that's what I'm going with.

Just check in every couple days or everyday on the thread and type your winning days and binge monster days like the example I showed.

I hate water and how it makes me pee every 30 mins...the only time I actually LIKE water is when im real hungover in the morning!

I honestly think it is an addiction for some people, myself included! For some reason it's impossible for me to have just 1 little piece and be satisfied....Now that I'm eating a paleo type lifestyle, the sugar i get is only from fruits, and my cravings have gone down a bit. I hope it stays this way!

OMG I had a baaaaad stomach bug and have had no appetite since sunday. I'll do my weigh in tomorrow morning and see if ive lost. I know it's probably temporary since Ive only been eating like 500 cals a day. :( I'm slowly trying to eat more. Im kinda scared of food after that bad stomach virus i had. Sort of a love hate…

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the chocolate one! I eat it with a mashed up 1/2 banana as my dessert. Amazingly good for such low calories! I can eat it by itself too haha

Same here! I burn the same no matter the time although when i walk i dont burn as much. So yes, i believe you burn the same amount of calories covering a given distance whether you jog, run or sprint it, but NOT walking it.

Thanks so much! I do have a polar HRM. So as long as I'm over 100bpm it'll be accurate then? I also wondered about hiking coming down the hill my heart rate sometimes gets as low as 100 since its not too hard walking downhill!
