Water intake during maintenance compared to weightloss

Ok so I used to log everything but now I'm just tired of weighing vegetables. I understand still logging fruits because they tend to be higher in cals but do you guys still bother weighing, measuring and logging vegetables?!

Left for vacation with a 6 pack & came back w/ a food baby!
Ok so I overindulged WAY too much on my week vacation and was in maintenance mode about a month before I left. How long do you think it'll take to get rid of this baby of mine?! Anyone go by measuring tape & not the scale for maintenance?
Seeing the scale numbers fluctuate gives me way too much anxiety so I think from now on I'm going to measure myself once a week at the same exact spots and go by that. Does anyone else do this? That way I won't be able to see actual water weight on the scale.

Is running/jogging w/ camelbacks ok?
I know camelbacks are used for hiking and runners use those fuel belts, but is it ok to use a small camelback for, let's say a 10k? Wasn't sure if its bad for your back and why people use fuel belts instead because they seem really uncomfortable and wobbly!

The main one for me is taking a spike day if i hit a plateau. That day usually turns into a binge and I'm bloated the next 2 but if i stay strict after that, my lbs drop like crazy for some reason and my plateau is broken! What's the best advice you've gotten that actually works for you?
