How do you make your sweet potato?
So tonight was the first time I've tried the actual vegetable (not the desert type) I baked it in tin foil at 400 for about 50 mins then put half a tablespoon of agave and sprinkled cinnamon. It was really good but wanted more ideas of what I can put. Maybe honey? Pecans? How do you make yours?

Don't quite understand what "water weight" is
So when someone says, "oh you'll lose it fast cuz it's all water weight" from thanksgiving what does that mean?! I dont think i drink enough water to gain water weight! Why does icing hurt so bad!?
Whenever I ice my knee or shins for like 20 mins, they seem to hurt so much more afterwards! A very stiff feeling NOT a burning skin sensation. It's so bad thatthe have to limp to the freezer to put the ice back! Do other people feel this way as well?

Does bad almond milk get sour?
I know it says "Use within 7 to 10 days of opening" but i just keep it until its gone, but i've had mine for about 3 weeks now and it still tastes fine to me....I THINK! What does bad almond milk taste like? I don't think i've had any that's gotten sour yet!

Sooo...I ran 6.2 miles on saturday outside, (im usually a treadmill runner) and have had to take off sunday until now because of shin splints. I tried running yesterday but my Achilles tendon, and calves were cramping up so badly that I had to stop after 1.75 miles! I thought that was a bit odd since i had shin splints.…

Distance runners legs vs sprinter legs...
This might be a dumb question but it seems like sprinters have the nicest legs ever, so muscular and toned, but distance runners are not as built (Im sure they have nice legs as well!)...why is that?! Just curious is all :)

Y do I wake up STARVING in the morning after a heavy dinner
I just don't get it! Every time i have a heavy dinner, i wake up starving and every time i don't eat dinner or i eat something SUPER light, i wake up not hungry at all! Anyone else go thru this?!

I signed up for training sessions for the LA marathon, which is in mid march. Is that enough time to train for this?!
