Should I eat before or after my workout tonight?
Im already slighty over my cals today so I just wanna eat once tonight! Do you think I should eat a little before I run or after I run but right before I sleep??? I'm leaning on eating before but just wanna know your opinions! Thanks! :) (tonight's workout is just jogging/running 3 to 4 miles)

How long have you lasted on MFP consistently?
Has this really been a lifetime change for YOU? Oooor have you ever fallen off the band wagon? How long was the longest you've kept up with this? Just was curious :) I signed up in Jan this year and fell off for a total of 2 months out of the last 9, but im always coming back!

Eating healthy makes me not wanna do fun things :/
So tomorrow I really wanted to go to the LA county fair, but im afraid all i'll do is eat eat eat especially the fried oreos....I have no clue how "moderation" works in this kind of environment especially when there's way too much to choose from! UGHHH...just venting!

Can I be a pro treadmill runner...
Cuz i seriously hate being on concrete and don't wanna deal with weather issues. lol. I just feel that "real" runners are always outside tho! What do you runners do when it's winter time?

Why do YOU hate running?
I know tons of people hate to run, and i can understand if the answer is "it's hard on my joints" or "injuries". But other than that, I sometimes wonder why people hate it. Im a running ADDICT and I totally love it! Just wanna know YOUR opinion :)

I know really random, and might be a dumb question, but....I went to the gym yesterday and did the calf machine but didnt do much cardio so i really wanna jog today...do you think it's a bad idea to jog on super sore calves?

I noticed when i was working a full time job it was super easy for me to maintain my weight or even lose lbs. But when i lost my job, i gained! Now I'm working part time and trying to get back to the right eating habits i did before. I was wondering if anyone else has been on the same boat as i am!

Does waking up early or late affect your cal intake?
So on my days off I wake up around 10 am and on my work days i wake up at 430 am am i supposed to eat more on my work days since they're longer? I know that some people say you have to eat right when you wake up but if i did that id start at 5 am and eat every 2 or 3 hours until i go to sleep and that adds up to a lot more…

I naturally zig zag calories...i think!
So my goal cal intake is 1200 per day but I just can't seem to do 1200 everyday or even 2 days in a row. Some days I'll do 1400, 1300 or 1250 and one day even as little as 1050 or 1100. Does that mean I'm "zig zagging" or do I need a certain specific plan of how many Cals per day?
