    I know some nutritionist who eat junk... you don't got to be a nutritionist to eat right.

    AND, while there is some on here, a lot of people arent going to advertise that they are because people will friend request them just for free information instead of making their own appt to see a nutritionist.

    you'd be better off looking for a RD, but even then, many folks really don't practice what they preach. And remember, what someone else does may or may not be right for you.

    i agree..its like having a dr. or lawyer or cop as a friend..best of luck tho

    The last time I went out to eat with someone who holds a degree in nutrition, it was for breakfast after an all-you-can-drink beer festival... and he ordered pie before his pancakes. :(

    The other person I know who has a degree in nutrition almost exclusively eats frozen Ore Ida potatoes.

    So I've come to the conclusion that it's not about KNOWING what to do, it's about having the motivation to put it into practice.
