I'm on the yo-yo cycle too! I'll lose a few, gain a few. I always seem to end up at the same weight! I'm going to be 51 in two months, and I really don't want to be a fat old lady. You can add me if you want to.

I think I wasn't hungry because it was just too hot to eat. When it's really hot weather, I'm not hungry. I did eat something at dinner time. And I drank bunches of water too.

I do what I think works for me. Others do what works for them. I quit eating meat for personal reasons. My husband loves meat. Do I try to change him? No. Does he try to change me? No. We accept each other for who we are, individuals, and carry on.

Are you keeping hydrated? If it's a crampy type of feeling, could be your potassium is low as well. An exercise you can try is to stretch your leg out straight, then point your toes towards your knee as far as you can. That stretches out the calf and relieves the cramp.

Putting up some dill pickles and some sweet pickle relish. I think I may even enter them in the state fair in September! :blushing:

You could try push ups, sit ups, up downs, etc. They don't cost anything but time and effort.

Unless your iron count is low, there's no reason you need extra. Myself, I take a B-complex vitamin, and as for iron, I make sure I eat a variety of dark leafy greens. Also crackers help with nausea a lot! Even if you're not pg!

Here are my stats thus far : I ran my first 5k this year. I finished the race and I wasn't last, both of which were my goals. My time was pretty poor, and I'd like to improve that. My time was 1h 53m. I'm giving myself enough time to do the training so I don't end up injured.

Personally, I can't handle "cheat days ". I tend to overdo. That being said, if I truly want chips or such, I just eat it, log it, and don't have something else. If it fits in my calories, I eat it.

Tell him to "put up or shut up ". In other words if he's so sure he can do it, challenge him. In the meantime, you are doing this for yourself, not him! And you're doing it correctly. Keep in mind that this is for your benefit.

Where do I find nutritional yeast? GNC? My choices are very limited because I live in a small southern town. If I can't get it at Walmart, I have to make a special trip (300 miles, round trip) to get it. The good part is, the local farmers market has a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in season.

I love it steamed, baked, roasted, raw, just about anyway! I. Know that doesn't help. It's also good in stirfry. Just add some other veggies (your choice) and stirfry them in hot oil.

Well, it's only my third day of being totally vegan. I think I'm doing okay so far. I did get a B complex vitamin supplement today. Tried spinach and artichoke hummus with tortilla chips. Soooooooo good! And the Yves soy bologna is fantastic! Must say I'm loving this! Haven't found the egg substitute I've heard about yet.…

Even if you can't get the stalking charge, you can get a restraining order! Also keep full records of everything she emails you or him, any texts she makes and if possible record any calls. All of that info will come in handy for stalking charges.

If you quit you will never reach your goal, you won't see any changes, and you'll stay miserable. Why did you begin this in the first place? Change happens slowly. Quitting is not the answer!
