I eat as clean as possible. I exercise cardio twice a day for over 30 minutes each time. I lift weights most days and most importantly I have a lot of weight to lose so for me to lose 10 lbs is like someone who weighs less than 100 lbs to lose 1-2 lbs. What I'm waiting for is a list showing which games are exclusive to which consoles and which ones I can just play on my PC. Yeah the Xbone looks like a no sale for me.It really isn't grabbing me with its' games. Nothing screaming out to me to spend $500 anyways. Also I Metal Gear, Titan Fall, Destiny are all non exclusive so no that's nice.

Yah I'm in the same boat. Sucks to see TV shows where they basically show the person as someone who is unable to function when they weigh 50 lbs less than me. At least we're rectifying the problem and we don't need surgery or a crew of trainers to do it. Just some will power and hard work.

I after I workout I usually down 8 glasses worth in about 5 minutes. So yah I count it but I usually end up with 15+ cups a day

At least you stopped yourself. Oh well we all slip sometimes, we're all human. I've already decided on my punishment for when I finally do cheat.1 week of veggie shake fasting (a 7 day plan from http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/) so I've been afraid to cheat knowing how much it'll suck to only drink veggies and not get my meat.
