maybe you are not eating enough i know it sounds daft but your body may have gone into starvation mode i am 160 and eat approx 1500 a day and i am losing more now than i did eating 1200

what about having a wrap or pitta bread instead of your rice cakes for a change.

I eat nearly all probably leave maybe 100 just in case of over estimating what i have burnt off

i feel a bit selfish moaning but its just so hard to keep going with all the lovely goodies around that my children like to eat and i used to finish off their food too

tdee is total daily energy expenditure so thats how much you burn off in a normal day just doing normal things you can find loads of websites with calculator for bmr and tdee

It may be worth a go your body may have gone into shock if you have cut back your calories and exercising more than you used to. it may be trying to hold on to anything you put in.x

its just i plateaued when I didnt eat enough so i made sure i ate nearly everything back and I loe 1lb to 1lb 1/2 a week now.x
