craving sugar help
i have been on mfp since 1st jan and lost a fair bit of weight. all of a sudden these last few days i am craving sugar so much. i have given in on occasion but still been within my calorie goal, i thought i had got past the craving stage but finding it very hard to resist

strength/weight training at home
i cant get to the gym as i have 3 small children i have an elliptical and exercise bike and try to use it daily but on mfp lots of people suggest weight/ strength training is good too. i dont really know where to start and can you do it without much equipment. any ideas would be great.thanks

35lbs to go
hey i have logged in to mfp for 65 days now and lost 22lbs. I have 35lbs to go and could do with some motivation/support. its hard to keep going when everyone around eats whatever and laughs at me measuring and counting my food and calories. sorry for the rant lol.
