it might be worth checking your tdee i used to do 1200 happily for the first month then plateaued nor i have lost 30lbs eating 1500-1600 a day and i am 5'2 and used to weight 183 now 152

i would say light exerciser because it says light exercise is 1- 3 hours a week and 24 minutes 5 days a week is 2 hours then you got the other exercise on top.

i have just started using scoobys calories advice i upped mine from 1200 to 1600 and lost 0.5lb in first 6 days and also feeling a lot happier not so hungry. i also used fitness frog site and quoted the same calorie intake too so i am guessing it must be pretty accurate

use the fitness frog website to work out tdee that takes into account all your exercise and tell what your maintenence calories are then all you need to do is take 20% off and eat the remaining 80% calories.

hi I have lost 23lbs since the start of the year

just started doing strength training today hoping it will boost the weight loss/ toning. 1/2 lb gone as of today 19.50 to go for this challenge lol.

i have just upped mine from 1200 to 1600 trying to break a plateau feel really full though its a really nice comforting feeling. i am doing tdee -20%
