how accurate was it for you? what were your weight loss results so far with it?
I put me as a light exercise 1-3 hours and put my current weight/ and to lose 15% body fat.
this explains why I was so hungry.
anyone females /males who eat 1500 calories

i have just started using scoobys calories advice i upped mine from 1200 to 1600 and lost 0.5lb in first 6 days and also feeling a lot happier not so hungry. i also used fitness frog site and quoted the same calorie intake too so i am guessing it must be pretty accurate0

thanks so much
I am trying to determine whether to put me as sedentary or a light exerciser
I do walk away the pounds for 24 minuets 5 days a week
would that be considered a light exerciser or a sedentary person
I work out Monday- Friday and also Sunday afternoon at my daughter's school fitness room.0 -
i would say light exerciser because it says light exercise is 1- 3 hours a week and 24 minutes 5 days a week is 2 hours then you got the other exercise on top.0

I've used it. Seems to be helping/working.0

That would put you at light activity level. Very few people are truly sedentary unless they literally sit on their butt all day.0 -
thanks so much for your help. I set my calories to 1,504 calories this is according to my current weight, age activity level. I will begin this tommorrow. no wonder why I was so hungry all the time. I was 1,000 calories off.0

Scooby suggested 2600 calories. This is picking the 25% deficit.
I sloooooooooowly gain weight at that intake.0 -
I just last week began using it so it's too soon to see results for me yet.0
