I too am a WW alumni. I couldn't get the hang of the last program and actually started gaining weight. Hello, Welcome to MFP, as you can see the people here are great. There is a lot of support here so keep your head up and show your children that you are a fighter. I would ask your husband if you can go to the gym with him, it could be fun. :)

Try an apple and if you need some salt try a little peanut butter on it. It may sound funny but it is really good and the apple is good for you. It crunches too. I love em, I have to admit some times I use caramel. Mostly I have been trying not to snack, just making sure I have a big glass of water around.

Here is a tip for going out, if you know where you want to go look on line for the menu and that way you can have in your head what you are going to order and you can plan the rest of your day around it. You can exercise more that day you are going out to ensure you have some extra calories to eat. I know it is easier said…

Yes please add me, I can use all the motivation I can get. I haven't really exercised in a LONG time and am trying to start slow by walking, but I know I have to get myself going. I have been just under my calories both of the first two days.
