I would like to join please TIA

Is the Aria scale any good? It's quite expensive, what does it actually do? My top tips are to drink plenty of water, park in the furthest corner of the car park when you go shopping and just put your shoes on and walk around the block to up the step count!

Im a teacher and I can get 8-9k steps a day at work. I too have a One so I can't rack up the steps by writing.

Hi I live in Stoke too!
-
I'm from Staffordshire
-
I lost 21lb in 2011 and put 10lb on...lost 8lb since New Year but want to lose another 20lb by August. Feel free to add me..I've done WW and just got sick of paying out the ££££. Louise
-
Lost 0.6lb - yay so its beginning to shift. That's 4.6lb in 4 weeks - great!!! And I upped my calorie intake by 100 cals a day and drank more water Louise
-
Thanks everyone. I weigh myself every Fri morning at 7am, naked after I've been to the loo! I'm really stumped as to why I can't seem to lose another 1lb. I've always found it ok healthy eating to lose weight. Shall not be defeated though....at least I've stayed the same and not gained! Lou
-
I shall be watching this...they've taken lots of my money over the world!
-
Well done Claire! It's a great feeling isn't it feeling trim and fitting into smaller clothes Lou
-
I live in Stoke so no help to you either. Feel free to add me Lou

I bougt my partner one for Christmas and it was £75 from Amazon. He loves it and is really impressed with all its functions - the sleep facility is alo very interesting. Bit skint to buy one for myself though.....may leave my laptop open on the groupon page though...hint, hint Louise
-
Yes I take my own lunch to work and it helps keep me on track!

I went for a 3 mile walk on Saturday and a 5k run this morning! Just had a lovely roast chicken dinner so am now relaxing! Lou
-
Actually Sunday dinner isn't a bad meal calorie wise. We're having roast chicken and I shall have breast meat, a baked potato and veg (carrots, cabbage, green beans) with a little bit of gravy. Won't have roasties or parsnips. May give the rest of the family pigs in blankets (freezer) left over from Christmas. Works out at…

Hi I live in Newcastle-under-Lyme (North Staffordshire). Lost 21lb in 2011 with WW but have put a few lbs back on so decided to give MFP a go. Lost 2lb so far so am pleased with that. I'm a runner, try and run 5k twice a week if I can. My downfall is alcohol! Love wine but it causes me weight gain! Louise
-
You go to apps at the top and then clicker! I feel so much better in myself by eating well and exercising! I try and have loads of vegetables/salad and keep down on the sugary foods! It's brilliant that there are so many British foods in the database too! Louise
-
That's terrible. Did he just work there or actually owned the gym? I bet his boss would have a fit if he knew what he was saying to potential customers. What an awful attitude! Louise

Butternut squash cut into wedges sprayed with 1 cal oil, sprinkle with chilli flakes put into a hot oven. Replaces wedges or oven chips and tasty!
-
35g of porridge oats with skimmed milk Fills me up every morning!

I enjoyed WW and I lost 21lb in 2011 but 10lb has slowly crept back on. Don't want the expense of paying out anymore so thought I would give this a go! Started yesterday so hopefully I can lose the 10lb I've gained plus a bit more by the summer! Please feel free to add me Louise (Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs)
